Access

From the gravel parking area at the base of the Mackenzie Basin FSR, cross the tracks and immediately turn left onto the Lower Mackenzie Basin road. Follow the lower road over a bridge and along the river before crossing the tracks again and arriving at the base of Happy Trail.

Description

Happy Trail is an amazing singletrack climbing trail which switchbacks up to the Waco Connector. It is an awesome alternative to riding up the Mackenzie Basin FSR ""). From the top of Happy Trail, you can ride Waco Connector to Nimby and Let it Go for an almost exclusively singletrack climb that goes all the way up to the Paraglide Launch.
