This road starts at the end of Mamquam Road in Squamish and intersects with Garibaldi Park Road for access to the Diamond Head parking lot. Some maps call this road, plus the Garibaldi Park Road the Mamquam FSR. It is a gravel 2wd road except for a brief portion of pavement through the Quest University campus. The road surface is usually in reasonable driving condition, although there are several narrow sections where caution is required.
This road is plowed in winter, although caution is still advised.
